Mail Scheduling Process

Once we get TAT or ETA from brand we must inform customer about the time duration to get the issue addressed also such mails to be scheduled for that respective date for further follow up if at all the TAT / ETA is with in 2 days then need not schedule rather we can use priority as medium so that those mails will get open in next 2 days for us to work
