| Bill copy request mails should not be sent to accounts team, henceforth all such data to be shared with Keerthana (for bills from Jan-2019 to dec-2022) Remaining send it to Yamuna they will share the bill copy also take one day time from customer to share the same If its 2018 and before send mail to Accounts team also when we receive bills cross check the customer and product details before sharing it with customer |
