Refund Process or Commitment

If at all any case is approved for refund first check with customer for mode of payment 

if it was paid by cash or debit card we can commit refund in 2 days 

If it was paid by Credit Card and converted into EMI then request 1 day time to check and get back we must check the process from Nagaraj from Account then inform customer 

If it was through finance then check what was the down payment amount paid that can be refunded by us immediately 

Finance amount if customer had paid through EMI then customer must share the NOC if at the EMI is completed then we must take 2 days time to get back with process 

If EMI tenure is not yet completed then we must take 4 days time to get back with the status
