Cash Back Not Received

First check DOP all cash back will take minimum of 90 days maximum of 120 days if the DOP is less than 90 days request customer to wait until 90 days over then if its already 90 days crossed request customer to share the charge slip it must be in full slip photo which is clearly visible at the bottom of the slip cash back terms and conditions will be printed read that and guide customer accordingly if the due date is yet not crossed, if at all the cash back due date is crossed then share Bill copy and charge slip photo with Vishwanath for the status and take 2 days time from customer to update the status
