Furniture Complaint Process

Furniture complaints request 4 days time from customer for rectification minimum 2 days time for technician visit all furniture mails to be selected with medium priority so that such mails will be reopened after 2 days then you may check if technician had visited or not from Furniture team accordingly call customer and update the status
