While replying mails first check mail id's to make sure we dont address it to wrong person, few mails would have been marked to wrong id's or to helpline id those mails to be addressed to respective person by editing the mail id |
Before escalating any mails please read previous mails in the history thread, post that escalate accordingly Agents are not checking the latest updated received in mail and just keep on escalating this leads into delay in addressing the customer issue |
