Replacement Delivery Pending Process

Delivery pending mails we must select medium priority once its reopened and assigned call customer for status of delivery if its delivered escalate for demo and mention as demo pending select priority medium 

 

Mail which we receive from store for replacement to pick and deliver from different store such mails to be marked to CWH team and keep delivery pending with medium priority once after unit is delivered escalate for demo if required and mark it as demo pending with medium priority
