IN warranty Complaint Registration Process

Mails received from stores for complaint registration, if the product is under brand warranty then even if customer is not responding such calls to be registered with respective brand and share the details to store, if at all its OW then you may reply to store asking for alternative number as we are supposed to update charges to customer.
